Refund and Cancellation Policy

Competition registration and book set

Competition registration includes the 40-book set. Once the registration is processed or books are issued, cancellation and refund requests may not be accepted.

If a payment is duplicated, failed but debited, or charged incorrectly, write to the support email with the registration ID and payment reference.

Approved refunds

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method according to the payment provider's settlement timeline.
